Do's and Dont's of Bankruptcy

WE DO THE HARD PART! We will prepare everything you need to file bankruptcy.
After the documents are prepared all you do is sign them and file!

DO DON'T
Do have someone who understands bankruptcy document preparation review your documents before filing. Do not file your bankruptcy documents hoping that everything is filled out properly.
Do talk to someone who knows about the current bankruptcy process before you fill out your forms. Don't trust your neighbor, friend or family member's experience with filing years ago - laws change continually.
Do accept legal advice only from a competent, licensed attorney who practices bankruptcy law. Do not accept legal advice from anyone who is not a licensed, competent attorney.
Do accept help from those who will refer you to a licensed attorney for legal advice. Do not accept help from someone who thinks they can answer any question you can throw at them.
Do save yourself hundreds of dollars in bankruptcy document preparation fees by calling Clean Slate. Don't throw away hundreds of dollars by hiring an attorney who has his staff prepare your documents for you.

*Pro Minor Cases, additional court filing fees may apply. What does this mean?
