Similar to the well-known term “Pro Bono”, which means “for free”, “Pro Minor” means “for less”. Members of the Bar Association are expected to provide a certain amount of Pro Bono work as a way of giving back to the community and providing attorney access to those who otherwise might not otherwise have it. We are of the opinion that Pro Bono work greatly benefits a few fortunate recipients. We have created the Pro Minor program to significantly benefit many. This is a low cost ($555) bankruptcy makes legal services affordable for families and individuals who otherwise could not afford it. Through innovative and efficient processes we can deliver this product for this price and bring financial relief to those whose cases are relatively simple. We have also taken great care to deliver first class service despite our low rate.
